  • Start by filling out the enquiry form. I’ll be in touch to book a discovery call where we’ll talk through what you need. After that, I’ll send a proposal with the scope, timeline and cost. Once confirmed, we’ll agree a start date, sign a contract and I’ll take a deposit to book you in.

  • Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. A single-page launch or sales page typically takes 1 to 2 days, while a full website build can take 1 to 3 weeks. We'll confirm the exact timeline before the project starts so you know what to expect and when.

  • Yes, I work remotely and regularly collaborate with clients across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Wherever you're based, I can deliver design work that’s clear, considered and tailored to your needs.

  • Yes. We start with a strategy questionnaire and a call to figure out what the site needs to do. I’ll then create the site map and wireframes page by page for you to review and approve before we move on to design. You’ll be involved at key points to give feedback and keep everything aligned.

  • No, I don’t write the copy myself. You’ll need to provide your content before we begin the design. This includes your copy, any images you want to use and your branding. If you need support with writing, I can recommend a copywriter to work with.

  • This is the planning stage. The site map outlines what pages your website needs and how they fit together. It focuses on user experience and makes sure we’re guiding people through the site in a way that makes sense. Wireframes are the foundation layouts of each page. They help us figure out structure and content before moving into design.

  • Yes. You’ll need to have your branding in place before we begin the web design process. If you don’t have that yet, I also offer brand identity packages and we can start there.

  • Yes. Before launch, we’ll go through everything together on a call so you know how to use and update your site. I also include two weeks of post-launch support in case anything comes up or you have questions.
